Katie Costantini, PT, MPT, OCS Founder and Owner

Katie graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2000, and from Old Dominion University with a Master of Physical Therapy in 2002. She has been working in outpatient orthopedics for 22 years. In 2021, she received her board certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, a certification held by only 5-6% of physical therapists in the United States. She is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Private Practice Section.

She provides the following services and holds the following certifications:

Katie is an expert in orthopedic physical therapy to include assisting clients in recovery from:

  • Pre and Post-Orthopedic Surgery Rehabilitation with specific focus on Total and Partial Knee Replacement, Hip Replacement, Rotator Cuff Repairs, and Shoulder Replacement

  • Sprains/Strains

  • Fracture Management

  • Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJ or TMD)

  • Arthritis

  • General Orthopedic Pain

  • Joint Instability/Dislocation

  • Tendonitis and Tendinopathy

  • Muscle Tears

  • Overuse Injuries

When Katie has free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, whether it be traveling, watching sporting events, participating in outdoor activities, or finding the most interesting restaurants. She and her husband keep very busy with their 11 year-old twin boys’ Park Ridge sports schedules. When she has time to herself, she loves gardening, reading, and above all else, exercise!
